Private Yoga Instruction is available. I can tailor the session to your needs, but maintain an emphasis on connecting movement with the breath, or Vinyasa style. Group sessions are also available, up to 5 people per One Hour Session. It is an additional $10 for each extra person beyond the first five.
Thai-Shiatsu Massage combines elements of traditional Shiatsu Massage and Thai Yoga-Massage. They are blended into a session that includes Range of Motion, Passive Stretching, and Acupressure with a focus on the Body Meridians according to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function. It is not a Deep-Tissue massage, but rather focuses on circulation, stretching, and ROM.
